Three of us have a little update on ourself. Audrey is going to do her lasik for her eyes this Friday. Zoe has done hers in May. Feel happy to see there are doing good in BJ. Zoe and Audrey look the same as the old days, just a bit tired. Zoe look more curvy though : )
After our dinner, we went to this shop called "Big Apple" to ta bao some donuts. The donuts look appealing. This is the first time i buy donuts in this shop. Although i don't really like fancy donuts (but i like traditional sugar donuts), but the variety of the donuts are really eye catching. Me and Zoe bought half a dozen for each of us. Somehow the donuts looks and taste fresher as compared to Dunkin Donuts.

Talking about Donuts, my company is engage in the business to produce Specialty Oil to Mister Donuts for them to Fry the Donuts. The Oil is a secrect blend and also the main reason why Mister Donuts are special. Their donuts can stay fresh and crispy even after a long time. It wont be oily like those cheap donuts and Dunkin Donuts. That's why when we cook, we must use fresh and high quality oil. Those restaurant(especially Malay stall)/mamak stall) that wanted to cut cost use those cheapest oil... compared to high class Restaurant. So... choose your oil carefully!! For frying, Rice Bran Oil is one of the best leh. For salad, Olive is good.

Looks like you have the oil specialist. So is it possible we use the Mister Donut oil to fried chicken? Is the calories of the Mister Donut oil as high as the 刀标油, sunflower oil or peanut oil? If much lower, then can buy that Mister Donut oil lo, not so fattening... hheheee....
Well... the Mister Donuts oil is not for sale actually.. maybe I can smuggle some out from the factory for my next visit.
It is 0 Trans-fat, blended from Palm-based oil + a bit of Corn Oil.
The oil is harder and higher melting point, hence after frying, it will stay as solid form (fat) inside the food instead of oozing out.. at the same time enhance the texture... we tried to fry normal donut dough made from those available in super market (box in powder form), and it tasted so good even with out any toppings.
well... never try on other food yet.
