这个对话发生在两个月前...
我：你知道吗，今天在公司，那个Vanessa真讨厌, 他叫我“大波莲”（也许是为母乳的关系吧，胸部比以前伟大许多）...
Mr Kuan: Vanessa说谎，竟然可以逗得你那么开心...
我：Vanessa没说谎啦！我也没开心...我只是把事实说给你听而已啦...
Mr Kuan: 你明明显得很开心....
我：.... （激死）

Cotton Cheese Cake

My mom used to make very tasty cotton cheese cake.... But i cant remember how she makes it, just remember she put some hot water in a baking try while baking the cheesecake....
Mr Kuan requested me to make one of this. Here i go, my first attempt on cotton cheese cake. After the cake has cooled down, it was so soft and melt in the mouth. Mr Kuan said DELICIOUS! Somehow, after i keep it in the fridge, the cake harden and not as soft as it used to be. But the taste is still good. Guess, my family needs to keep eating chiffon cakesss and cheese cakesss in coming days :)

After the attempt on Lemon Chiffon Cake last Sat. I cant wait to make another chiffon cake. Here is another attempt, Coffee Marble Chiffon Cake. Although it did raised as expected, i still think it could be softer. Probably the coming week, i will give another attempt on Chiffon cake.

I have always wanted to make chiffon cake and yet, dare not try to make it. I have heard so much failure in making this cake. And everyone said, it require some skill in making it.
Today i decided to venture into chiffon cake. Of course, before doing so, i have read a lot of chiffon cake recipes and the skills in doing so in order to make it perfect. (又不见我在工作上那么勤力... hehehe)

Before remove it from the mould...
I am so happy to see the cake raises to the expected level and did not collapse. The most important point to take note is to turn the cake upside down to let it cool once it is taken out from the oven.

My first Lemon Chiffon Cake... Taste great. Soft and fluffy. My maid said, the texture is same like those i bought from outside. So happy :)

I have always wanted to make cheesecake. Any kind of cheesecake.
This is my very first attempt on cheesecake. Coffee Marble Cheesecake. Seok Chin said, cheesecake is the easiest cake to make. Failure rate is very low.
I wake up early in the morning, went to the nearby cake shop and buy the necessary ingriedients....
2 kgs of cream cheese (guess this will last me for few rounds of cheesecake. I told my maid, we will concentrate to make perfect cheesecake in the coming days)
1 cup of sour cream
30 eggs (need those eggs my other cakesss)
Digestive biscuits..... etc....

Almond Flakes @ Jun 17, 2011

I used to make this bake almond flakes quite often for a period of time. I even share it with my colleagues. And they like it so much. It is crunchy and most importantly, less sugar. It has been almost 2 years since i last bake this dessert.
I resume on my baking experience recently. Somehow, this round of bake almond flakes is not prefect. A bit thick. Will keep trying.

父亲节

我：你为什么发Ipad2 的email 给我？ （Email 是关于：The Best present in Father’s Day… Ipad2）。你不是说和你爸去吃晚餐就得了吗？

Mr Kuan: 不，是要问你，你和BB 在父亲节有什么表示？

我：你要有什么表示，你自己去问BB！

Mr Kuan: (看着OSIM 天王椅的广告)。 你可以和BB, 买天王椅送我！

我：我和BB送你天王椅！！！ 你疯了！！！那个天王椅起码要几十千！母亲节时，你和BB也没有什么表示呀！

Mr Kuan: 不是在家吃饭了吗？

我：(激死....)

肥了!

妈妈：还剩一点点，把它吃完！
我：你经常就是要我把东西吃完，我吃肥了，老公不要我，怎么办？
Mr. Kuan: 那就证明了我是要你的！
我：你说什么啦？
Mr. Kuan: 因为你已经肥了！
我：（无言….激死！）
