Me vs Goldfish

These 2 days, i went for swimming with Mr Kuan and his niece. He said i swim like a big tummy goldfish. I never thought of that, in fact i kind of look like a big tummy goldfish swimming in the pool...hahaha... just imagin a 8.5 months pregnant lady swimming in the pool...

Two weeks ago, i went to the book store and saw this book, i.e. Ang Pow TangLong. I found it is rather interesting. Without much hesitation, i bought this book and start making TangLong at night. And here are some of the end products. Mr Kuan suggested me to post online and start selling it :)

As usual, i am the dong yun maker at home. This year, i blended the pandan leaves, and use the juice for the dough. So it is tastier.
Another amendments i have made is that, i cook part of the dough, and then make the dough with the uncook dough. This is to make the Dong Yun more Q.... i read it from some of the website.

Citrus Muffin 柑香鬆餅

I like desserts that are made from banana and orange. This week i tried to make this... Citrus Muffin. However, the result is not what i expected. It is not soft enough. I guess i have to figure out what i have done wrong during the process. The best way is to try and make it again one day.

More Crochets

Completed 2 more crochets recently. Mr Kuan asked me why i do so much of this thingy. All this crochets works just lie on the table. I cant really answer him, it is just part of my hobby. No reason :) 我文静的一面... hehehe



I did this some times ago. I am more patient that time where i will mix my crochet with different colours. Of course it is more time consuming by doing so... All my latest end products come in one colour only. Will try to find back my patient one day.

3D/4D scan

I did a 3D/4D scan yesterday. Felt so good when I can see my baby yawning few times during the scan. She even opens her eyes. It is really amazing.
This is a doctor referred by my gynea just to do this scan. I need this scan report for insurance purpose. It cost me RM400 (hell damn of expensive).

This doctor told me, my baby considers a big baby at 31 weeks and I will expect to have a more than 3kg baby when I deliver. In fact this is what I want. I prefer to have a bigger baby, easier to take care. Doctor said, he predicted that I might need a C-section. My baby might not be in the right position for delivery. Her head is still heading upwards near my stomach. I have planned to have a natural birth. Healing is faster as compared to C-section. I know the pain of a scar after operation and it really take time to heal. My own gynea told me I shouldn’t worry at this stage; baby position will keep changing within 35 weeks.

Cross my finger my baby will turn to the right position for natural birth.

Banana Cake| Dec 12, 2010

I have always wanted to make a delicious banana cake. I have tried before but it does not come out as what i want. This time Seok Chin introduced me a banana cake recipe. The result... good!!!!
One thing that i need to improve is to cut down on the sugar. I have cut 10g of sugar as compared to the recipe, but i still found it is rather sweet. However, overall the looks, the smell and taste... thumbs up :)
One thing that is imperfect, i used a round mold in stead of rectangular mold. Will buy that next week.

We celebrated my mom birthday at Seaview Restaurant. Situated opposite my mom's house. My mom like this restaurant since the price is reasonable food is special and delicious.

I skipped one of our ballroom dinner and have dinner with our own team. Really sick of having ballroom dinner. I have been having hotel conference lunch, tea breaks for 5 consequtive days. I think i made the right choice :)

Sales Kick Off Event in Singapore | Nov 28 - Dec 4, 2010

My Company had a big kick off event in Singapore and i am one of the committe, there were 1700 participants flying from the whole Asia Pac to Singapore to this event. I spent 6 days in Singapore staying in one of the best hotel in Singapore - The Marina Bay Sands. The amazing part of the hotel was the well known infiniti pool.
I did swim. Of course with the size of my body, only bikini fits me. Feel good swimming with pregnant body since i felt lighter and less pressure on my feet. Yes, i notice there was a group of people looking at me... :)
