A lot of ingredient.... One thing i found interesting is that, beside carrots, the recipe actually put pineapple into the cake. I like raisins, i add some raisins too.
Done with the baking and have to cool it before assemble.
Cut the cake into 2 layers. And spread each layers with some cheese...
Decorate the cake with some carrots... I know it does not look so nice, at least it add some colors into the cake :) Good try!!!
Kind of a fattening cake because of the cheese, butter, oil, pineapple, icing sugar, castor involved.... but i ate a lot because it taste great.
