Is time to make something other than chiffon cake and cheese cake.

This is my first attempt on Swiss Roll - Pork Floss Swiss roll

Up the swiss roll... looks good

End Product. You can see, the cake break side way. I still need to improve on the rolling process.

Swiss again for this weekend. Kaya Swiss Roll.
Done with the baking and applying the kaya before it is ready to be rolled

Done with the rolling. And yet i face the same problem. My cake break during the rolling process. I will need to talk to some experts before i give another attempt on swiss roll... seok chin, will talk to u tmr :)
