Steamed 鸡蛋糕 with Chicken Floss Cake
I like everything that is come with chicken floss, chicken floss bun, chicken floss with 猪肉干 bread, chicken floss swiss roll or chicken floss cake. Hence, for this weekend, i have tried this steamed 鸡蛋糕 with Chicken Floss Cake. Talking about 鸡蛋糕, of course eggs are the main ingredient. This cake takes up to 5 eggs. Taste is alright, but still have lots of room for improvement. Mr Kuan said is not soft enough. I sort of know where it went wrong. Will improve next round.
