Donated 300ml of fresh blood. I asked the nurse. They will normally take 300ml from female and male donor. But if guys have bigger size. They will take 400ml.
how much blood to be drained out? They judge by the person's weight???
I have not been donating my blood for such a long time. Very hard to find place for blood donation near y place. It's used to have at Tesco Puchong or IOI Mall, every now and then.
I think i got to go to Tabung Darah Negara on one fine day.

also dont know how they judge big or normal size. like you should be big size lo.
