Blood Donation on 12 Dec 07
Our Company was having a blood donation campaign from 10 December 07 to 13 December 07. I am alright with blood donation because I have no fear in needle and blood. Anyway, this is not the first time I donate my blood. I took approximately 10 minutes to fill up a pack of blood. I am not sure how many ml is that in a pack. Anyway, this is much better than few years ago when I took more than 30 minutes to fill a pack of blood. Guess I am healthier now….

O+ arr... is this blood type rare?
I read a book "Eat Right for Your Type", for blood type O, O is the most primitive blood type. O ancestors are hunters, meat eater. You will regain energy faster from eating meat. O people are more physical and good to relief stress through rigorious excercise.
Eat less rice and grains as O type people absorb less energy and slower from grains and faster through meat.

O is the most common blood type. O can donate to whoever blood type but only able to receive O itself. It is just opposite with AB type. hehhe....
