wow... sound delicious, but looked a bit oily though. What oil you use for frying? Corn Oil, Rapeseed(Canola) Oil, Groundnut Oil or Palm Oil?
Try to use Ricebran Oil to Fry your food. The colour of the oil might be yellowish, but it is one of the healthiest oil, where you can even pour into Salad for consumption.
Thanks for your oil recommendation. I am not sure what kind of oil my family is using.... i will let my mom know the brand you suggested... : ) You got 职业病.... hehehe....
I think this is a Good Work Sickness... hehehe... now when eating out or tasting food, will pay much more attention.
For example when eating Chocolates, I will think whether they are really Chocolates from Cocoa Butter, or from vegetable fats which is the substitute of Cocoa Butter. Like Ferraro Roche, which they do not use Cocoa Butter, hence they are technically not called : "Chocolates". White Chocolates are Cocoa Butter (Or other substitute) + Milk and Sugar. While normal Chocolate contains Cocoa Butter + Cocoa Powder and Sugar for the different aroma and taste.
And for Fat and Butter used for food like Bread, Croissant, will think whether they are using animal fat/butter or Vegitable oil... etc Vegutable oil is expensive, but healthier. Animal fat is cheaper and taste better.. but non-halal..etc
