Dreams vs Nightmares

I dont know how often do a person have dreams or nightmares. Once a week? Few times a week or few dreams or nightmares in a day? I am having nightmares and dreams lately. It happen few times a week and it really affect my sleep. I cant fall asleep after i wake up from nightmare. Heart is beating fast and felt scared. Last night i had a nightmare that i can remember and few dreams that i cant recall. The nightmare i had normally related closely to my surrounding. Even it is just a nightmare, i am very cautious with it. I had a sleepless last night...

I believe when a person is having a dream or knightmare, our subconcious mind is telling us something. Maybe giving us some signal or warning, or even predict near future or pass life experience.

Well, if it is recurring and really disturb your sleep seriously, then you should try to prepare a note book and a pen right beside your bed. When you wake up from the dream, just write it down immediately what you dreamt.

Discuss with close friends about the dream and you might get some clue while telling people.

My GF tends to dream alot. She likes to think and day dreaming, imagine stuff... hence most of the times in the dream she found answers or sweet dreams, but sometimes nightmare too. She always tells me about them.

Hope you will have a nice sleep this weekend!!

Sound so sweet that u and your gf discuss about her dreams. May be girls tend to day dreaming. Me too, imagination runs wild sometime. May be this makes me dreams a lot.....
