Starbucks vs 星巴克

Today when I passed by Starbucks, I think of 星巴克 in China.
Suddenly my mind start thinking, why it called 星巴克 but not 星巴克斯 or 斯大巴克斯 or 斯大尔巴克斯???? Anyone can help me on this question?
