Losing Weigh

There is something to brighten up my day. This morning when I wake up, I went to weigh myself. This is what I got, 49.6kg. I am delighted! Immediately, I took a picture with my mobile with me standing on the weighing machine. I know this is a bias weight since everyone is lighter in the morning. But I am still very happy to see this because this is my lightest weight since 12 years ago.

I lost approx. 5kg in this few months. The good thing is that I don’t feel hungry at all as I am not dieting. I try to work out (cardio work out) as much as possible after work. I changed my breakfast diet to plain oat with marmite (used to be bread with fried egg, nasi lemak, noodles, won ton mee, roti canai, McD… you name it, all our Malaysian favorite breakfast). Lunch eat as normal, lighter dinner. Weekend I tend to eat like crazy. I can’t really change my habit of snacking during office hour. So I will compensate all this calories with the work out in gym. It works after few months. It is a gradual decrease but is a healthy weigh loss.

Now my weigh remained and fluctuating. I think if I want to loss more weigh, I have to feel hungry sometime? I think so… but I think I can’t stand the feeling of being hungry. 顺其自然吧!

My colleague advise me to go lesser to gym. As my face slim down faster than my body. My face looks smaller and eye looks very big. Like take up 40% of my face... hahaha..... Avata!!!!
