青苹果 (Green Apple with Honey)


一直以来,都不怎么喜欢吃青苹果,觉得它太酸了。但却喜欢喝苹果加酸梅汁,青苹果加橙加西芹汁,青苹果加李子加柠檬汁…

近来,突发奇想的想吃青苹果,但又怕它酸, 所以自创了青苹果加点蜜糖。把青苹果切的小小块,然后加点蜜糖,蛮好吃的。把苹果切的小小块主要原因是我牙齿吃不下太冷的东西,切小块后,苹果没那么凉,再说小块的苹果比较容易沾上蜜糖,味道更上一层楼。大家不妨试试。

with honey seems a bit too sweet for me.. actually what i normally do is to sprinkle some salt or sour plum powder, they already can reduce the sourness and bring out the sweetness of the apple :)

i tried before to sprinkle sour plum powder. It taste really good. I prefer that more than honey in fact. Just that i dont have sour plum powder. Salt.... guess it will become saltly. I will try it one day....
